Organic Valerian Suggested Use
Valerian is most effective when used in small doses given 3 or 4 times daily over several days. This is especially helpful when used in anticipation of a stressful event. Used like this feed dogs 5 drops of tincture three or four times daily starting three days before the event. Feed cats 1-3 drops.
Used for sudden or acute episodes provide 1ml per 100lbs for carnivores.
