"My Dachshund Bobo was diagnosed with pancreatitis. He would quit eating and just lay around and cry in pain. I found this and put some in his food every morning. He is now eating great, is full of energy and is happy." Alma B

Our Pancreas Glandular for dogs and cats is one of the simplest, safest and effective Holistic modalities available to us. Essentially, the science behind the use of a pancreas glandular for pets, is that glands, when taken internally, support and nourish the corresponding gland in the body.

We highly recommend that you restrict all of your dog or cat organ supplementation to pastured, or at the very least, grass-finished animals. It is particularly important to consume animals raised on pasture and fed a biologically appropriate diet, which virtually eliminates their risk of various diseases common in confined animal feeding operations, as well as many other dangerous contaminants. Our pancreas glandular supplement consists of freeze dried, certified pure New Zealand glandular tissue from free-range, antibiotic and hormone free cows (porcine-free!).

In the wild, the ingestion of glands is a very important part of an animal's nutrition and glandular supplementation is obviously missing from the majority of domesticated animals' diets. In traditional cultures, animal organs and glands were considered the most essential foods. Now, in modern times, scientists have shown that proteins specific to individual organs selectively travel to the corresponding organs of the animal consuming them. In this case, the dog or cat consuming pancreas glandular will benefit from fat and water soluble vitamins, enzymes, proteins, co-factors and omega 3 fatty acids that will help support the corresponding organ or gland.

Available in a 25 gram container.

Pancreas Glandular Benefits

  • Supports and nourishes a stressed, weakened or underperforming pancreas

  • A simple, safe and effective Holistic modality.

  • Provides glandular supplementation, common in wild animals, for our domesticated animals.

  • Glandular supplements and tissues are good sources of a variety of important nutrients.

  • May have a sparing effect on functional health problems such as hormone deficiency, without suppressing the body's natural production. This is in contrast to the use of high doses of purified hormones administered pharmacologically that are believed to inhibit further hormone production by the body itself.

  • Oral administration of tissue extracts from healthy sources may have the potential to slow the progression of degenerative disease or to promote healing of damaged tissues.

  • Consists of freeze dried, certified pure New Zealand glands and tissues from free-range, antibiotic and hormone free animals for your animal's safety.

How Do Glandular Supplements for Pets Work?
Glandular therapies involve feeding glands, organs or tissues from healthy animals to dogs and cats. Supplements are given either as fresh tissue or as tissue extracts in the hope that the supplement contains constituents that will help improve the function of the corresponding organ in the animal. One of the basic concepts of glandular therapy is that the oral ingestion of glandular material of a certain animal gland will strengthen the corresponding dog or cat gland. The result is a broad general effect indicative of improved glandular function. Thus, glandular therapy increases the tone, function, and/or activity of the corresponding gland.

Do Studies Show Glandular Supplements for Pets are Effective?
Radioactive and dye studies have demonstrated that nutrients from a glandular supplement are routinely absorbed intact or only partially degraded, and that these constituents can concentrate in target tissues. Laboratory studies have documented a more rapid uptake of tagged cells or their components by traumatized organs than normal organs, leading to enhanced healing rates. These observations have lead to the resurgence of interest in glandular supplementation for dogs and cats.

How safe are Glandular Supplements for Pets?
There are no apparent side effects with this form of supplementation. The safe, natural, whole food doses of supplemental nutrients have a beneficial effect on various health problems associated with glandular insufficiency.

Got our fur-baby back to perfect health!

Our fur baby was a rescue that we've had for 5 years and was diagnosed with severe liver and pancreatitis disease back in the spring of this year. The vet didn't give her a good prognosis at all saying that her numbers were extremely elevated. I did an extensive Google search to find natural products that would give her a fighting chance since the prescribed drugs were only helping her a little and she was still dealing with excess bile problems. I came across your store and was so elated to see what you had to offer product wise as well as information. I immediately ordered this product and have been using this mixed in with her food along with other supplements. When she went back for her fall check-up her vet couldn't believe the improvement that she made; all of her numbers came back normal and she was in perfect health! We didn't know much about her health and eating history prior to adopting her other than the fact that she is a very picky eater and prefers table food which makes us think her health was most likely already in decline from eating the wrong food when we adopted her. Since using this mixed in with her food it actually entices her to eat her fresh food instead of walking away which is another win! I did run out of this for a week and we could tell the difference immediately with her health so we will never make that mistake again. We also plan to try some of the other products that you offer as well. We are so grateful for this product and how it got our little lady who is a 12 year-old Mal-Shi back to better health. Thank you so much!

So far so good!

So far so good! My cat has had issues with pancreatitis in the past. Although he's much better his stomach often growls even after eating & he was constantly meowing for food. Now I'm not hearing the growling, he's rarely meowing and much more restful. Praying I see continued results from this medicine.

Jill, it is so great to hear that your cat is doing better while using the Pancreas Glandular. In the future you may also wish to consider the Digestive Enzymes and Probiotics supplement to further help your cat better digest his food and keep his digestive tract healthy.

This all started with my dogs liver enzymes. Multiple visits to find a solution, My dog had to finally go to the energency vet with some unfortunate news of her pancreas. We looked into a more healthy solution of supplements, rather than just prescribed from the vet. Which costs us a ton of money with just 1 prescription. The pancreas package this company has to offer with liver tonic, multi plus, pancreas and oxygen bile powder. Not only is she back to herself but it really helped with everything. Energy, bloating, controlling her enzymes. We are so in love with this company's product! This seriously saved her life!
